We'd like to build just a few houses.
That's right, we don't want to be the largest homebuilder, just the best homebuilder. We intentionally build fewer than 25 homes a year and we intend to keep it that way. Crafting custom residential masterpieces takes longer and we like that pace--our customers do too.
It’s nice to win awards but our greatest reward is a happy customer. We’re proud to say that the majority of our new home orders come from people that have been referred to us by our customers.
